Phone numbers are stored securely and used to send anonymous SMS invitations on your behalf when you use Smart Invites.
User Content
Content you create, upload, or receive from others when using our service, including messages, photos, music track selections, and other media.
Identifiers
User ID (created to identify your account), device identifiers, and IP address.
Usage Data
App usage information such as features used, time spent in the app, and user behavior patterns.
AI Interaction Data
Information from conversations with BigDawg AI assistant, including message content, conversation context, and interaction patterns used to provide AI-powered responses and enhance user engagement.
Diagnostics

AI Processing and Privacy Protection
- Private Infrastructure: Conversation data sent to BigDawg is processed on our private, self-hosted servers and is never used for AI model training or stored permanently
- Privacy Protection: Only display name and user IDs are sent to AI servers for context understanding
- Local AI Processing: All AI computation occurs on Circit-owned infrastructure, not third-party AI services
- Temporary Processing: AI conversation context is processed temporarily and automatically deleted after response generation
Data Retention and Account Deletion
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time through the app's settings menu. When you delete your account:
- Your profile and personal information will be permanently removed from our systems within 7 days
- Content you've shared with others (such as posts) may remain visible to those users, but will no longer be associated with your identity
- We may retain certain information in anonymized form for analytics purposes
- We may retain some information if required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as fraud prevention
Once you initiate account deletion, the process cannot be reversed. All your data will be permanently removed within 7 days, and you will need to create a new account if you wish to use our services again.
